A sample seven-day plan
Here is an example for exam prep. Adapt it to your own goal:
- Day 1: introduce your goals and exam dates; each write three to-dos for the day.
- Days 2–3: pick a fixed time to start a focus session together, then check off your to-dos.
- Day 4: compare progress and break unfinished tasks into smaller ones.
- Days 5–6: keep the rhythm and nudge each other on the task you tend to put off.
- Day 7: review the week and decide whether to continue for another seven days.

Does it cost anything to find a study buddy?
Bifrost is free to download, and goal matching, lighting up, the seven-day journey, and shared to-dos are free to use.
What if the other person does not light me back?
If they do not light you back within 12 hours, no journey is created and you can keep browsing other matches.
Will my location or photo be exposed?
The current version does not request location permission, and matching does not use location. Photos stay translucent until the seven-day journey is completed.
