Bifrost official fact sheet

Basics

How it works

1. Choose or create a near-term milestone (for example an exam, IELTS, fitness, or a job search) and set a target date.
2. Bifrost recommends real people by goals, interests, and public profile information, shows a match score, and distributes visibility evenly.
3. Light up someone you would like to journey with; a one-to-one connection starts only if they light you back within 12 hours.
4. For seven days both share daily to-do lists and completion status and can chat.
5. After seven days, clear photos unlock and both can choose whether to continue for another seven days.
